I was no longer a high school athlete. I moved to a different country. Emotionally and physically I was run down and I let my health and fitness habits dwindle. Through all my years as an athlete in school, I had failed to learn the most vital lesson of all. You, yes YOU are responsible for YOUR health. No one else.

I gained some weight, clothes were tight, and I did not feel comfortable in my own skin. In 2014 I realized it was time for a change, so I started running. I was not getting the results I wanted from just running, so I added in home workouts, and finally in 2015 had a formal introduction to the gym.

Since then, I have done a few different programs. Most importantly though, I have figured out the importance of sweating every day, fueling my body with the right foods, and how dang great it is to look in the mirror and be happy.

In early 2017 I took another step in my health and fitness journey and became a Virtual Health and Fitness Coach! My journey as a coach has just begun, but it has already given me so much. I have a way to share my passion for health and fitness with others, I have a way to stay accountable and make personal progress, I have a way to meet new people, and I have a way to help YOU.

No matter your situation, be it 100% new to fitness, looking to change things up, needing help to gain/lose weight, or just looking for a little kick in the rear, I am here. My job as a coach is to add value to your life and I promise I will do everything I can to do so.
